How far in advance do we have to book?
We recommend booking as soon as possible to ensure we can reserve your date. Our schedule fills up quickly, but if we can make it happen for you, we will.

Do you print two photo strips?
In less than ten seconds, two individual 2X6 strips will print so your guests can leave with one and you can keep one. Want more copies? Not a problem! Our top-of-the-line printers automatically and precisely separate the strips for you. Most other companies use less expensive printers, forcing you or an attendant to manually cut them apart.

Are the Photos Unlimited?
Of course! Unlimited prints are included in all packages so the fun will never stop for your guests. Have more than 2 guests in the booth at a time? No problem, your guests will have the option to choose how many prints they need at the end of their session!

How long does it take for the photos to print?
The photos print in approximately 10 seconds. Generally, by the time you are out of the booth, the images have already printed.

What type of printer do you use?
We use a Lab Quality Sublimation Dye Printer. This means we give you exceptionally high quality photos that will last a lifetime. Don't be fooled by other companies that use Inkjet printers, they can smudge on your clothes, look grainy, and take up to a minute to print.

Can we customize a message or logo on each photo strip?
Absolutely! We can design just about anything you want at the bottom of every photo strip. Simply provide us with a custom logo at 300 dpi,
​a personalized message, or we can go easy and print just the event name and date. Its customizable and up to you.

Can we have the booth off during dinner?
Yes, we can setup the booth for cocktail hour then off for dinner. Any booth downtime is charged as Idle Time at $50/hour. This downtime does not count towards your hours of unlimited photo use.

Will someone from True Color be at our event?
Yes. Our professional attendant will come dressed appropriately for your event and will set-up/take down the photo booth.
They are there to ensure the photo booth runs to perfection and helps your guests with the guest book, plus any other questions they may have.

Do you do Corporate Events?
Yes! We do anything from corporate events, Christmas parties, fundraisers, bar mitzvahs, birthday parties, reunions, and of course weddings.
You name the event, we can handle it!

What is required in order to reserve the booth?
We require a $199 non-refundable deposit in order to reserve your date. The deposit is deducted from the total package price and the balance is due before or on the day of the event. Once we receive your deposit we will send you a digital contract to sign and send back locking in your date.

How much room do you need for the photo booth?
Our setup takes roughly 5ft x 11ft of space. This is for the booth, prop table, and if needed, an additional bar-top table for the guest book.

We already have a photographer, why do we need a photo booth?
We get this question a lot! You absolutely need a photographer to take pictures of the event itself (mostly weddings). The Photo Booth is there to provide an unprecedented amount of entertainment for your guests. The Photo Booth allows your guests to let loose, be silly, and show their true colors! The photos you keep from it are an incredible reminder of your fun event.

How can we share the photos with our family and friends? 
We will send you a communication to let you know when your wedding photos have been uploaded to our password protected website. You can then visit our
"Guest Login" tab located at the top right of our website, enter the password we send, and you and your guests are then able to download photos from your event!

​You can also add our social media kiosk to your package. The social media kiosk allows your guests to immediately and securely upload to Facebook, Instagram, or email! We only need your venue to provide a wireless internet connection for this service.
